A healthy, floriferous cultivar of medium growth. Large, star-shaped, rich velvety violet-purple flowers with red anthers are borne in great profusion from July to September. Ideal for growing over fences, walls, arbors, pergolas, trellises and wooden supports. It can clamber over natural supports e.g. small trees and large, deciduous or coniferous shrubs.
