A lovely cultivar with double, semi-double and even single flowers borne simultaneously on previous year’s wood during May and June. It has a repeat bloom in August-September producing only single flowers. Pale mauve sepals with white yellow stamens. A moderate grower, thrives best in dappled sun on wind sheltered locations. Excellent for trellises, poles and other garden supports. Well adapted for container-growing.Raised by Mrs Jean B. Rowe, United Kingdom. Introduced in 1983.
