A charming Polish variety. Velvet purple-red flowers with red and gold stamens, borne from July to October. Succeeds best in a sunny aspect. It looks especially effective against a light background.
Particularly useful for growing over natural supports, through roses, conifers and other shrubs.Raised by Stefan Franczak, Poland.
Introduced in 1980.
