A semi-herbaceous variety, a hybrid of C. heracleifolia var. dividiana x C. virginiana. Trifoliolate, lustrous, dark green leaves. Charming in summer and autumn with its profusion of small, pale violet flowers with white stamens. Effective as ground cover, suitable for covering tree-stumps and stones.Raised by R.
