An intriguing variety, covered in summer with a mass of small (4-5cm across), bell-shaped flowers composed of four recurving tepals, white inside, and pink-mauve on the outside. White-pink anthers and black pistils. Flowers appear from June to November, but the crop is most abundant in July and August. It attaches a height of 2,5m and climbs by twining leaf stalks.
Particularly useful for growing on fences, arbours, pergolas and various garden supports, next to garden paths so that you can admire its exquisite flowers from close up. It looks lovely when growing through bushes or other climbers. Excellent for small gardens.

Bred by Barry Fretwell, Great Britain
